Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
All facials, massages and chemical services require credit card information in order to hold the appointment. We also require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. If you cancel your appointment the day of, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the service booked for that day. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so in a timely manner so that we can arrange for another client to take that appointment time.
How to Cancel an Appointment
Please don't cancel appointments via email; we don't check email frequently enough to catch your cancellation. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, call the salon during working hours. Thank you.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the integrity of our work as well as the value of your time and make a real effort to avoid long wait periods in the salon.
Walk-Ins
While we encourage scheduled appointments, we do welcome walk-in clients. However, these are based on availability; if we are busy there may be a wait.
Confirmations
We send out email confirmations automatically to each client who has supplied us with their email within 48-hours of your appointment. At that point you may confirm or cancel your appointment online as long as it is not within the 24-hour cancellation limit.
Payment
MK Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash. If you require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify us immediately. Any corrections must occur within 7 days of your initial appointment. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted. We stand by our services and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
